Dove Pierogies

A new little ornament accent for all your bird loving friends. These super cute pierogi shaped doves work up super quick and are versatile. Add a Jute twine hanger to the center top to create an ornament, a magnet on the back for a dove for your fridge, a key ring for your keys, or whatever you like to show off your creation. Feel free to use any WW4/Aran/10ply yarn you like to create these little friends. Finished dove should measure approx. 3” tall by 3.25” wide.

Materials:

Red Heart Super Saver Yarn in White (approx. 14 yds total)

a couple yards of any Yellow & Green ww4/aran/10ply yarns for accents

H(5mm) Hook

G(4.25mm) Hook

Scissors

Needle

Jute twine, magnet, or key chain (optional)

Abbreviations(US Terms):

SK = Skip

sts = Stitches

ST = Stitch

SL= Slip Stitch

CH = Chain

SC = Single Crochet

HDC = Half Double Crochet

DC = Double Crochet
