TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Advertisements – must be a graphic file supplied by an advertising client, which can be selected by a user as a link.

2) Prices - All payments must be made in USD. 

3) Right to refuse unacceptable advertising – Regina P Designs and/or its agent’s reserves the right to refuse any advertisement it deems inappropriate or that does not conform to its graphic specifications. Regina P Designs and/or its agents will not accept any websites or advertisements that include pornography, violence or hate and reserves the right to add to this list as we see fit.. Regina P Designs and/or its agents may request changes to any advertisement it deems unacceptable. Such a request does not constitute a termination of this agreement and will not affect the enforceability of any of its provisions.

4) Responsibility of copy – The Advertiser / Sponsor agrees to indemnify and save harmless Regina P Designs and /or its agents from any liability, loss and expense of any nature arising out of the display of any graphics, text, display and illustrations supplied by the Advertiser / Sponsor.

5) Start Date –  the first date the Advertisement appears on the Regina P Designs website.

6) Term Guarantee – Regina P Designs guarantees that the advertising space specified on this agreement will be available for the length of time (start date to renewal date as noted on the formal agreement) stipulated herein. Regina P Designs reserves the right to terminate the agreement without prior notification or explanation based on

           1) to include but not limited to the above stipulations outlined in #3

           2) if the advertiser makes any changes that do not follow the stipulations outlined in the above #3 to the link provided                    for their advertisement,  

7) The Advertiser / Sponsor is responsible to pay Regina P Designs. The banner ad will appear on the Regina P Designs Web Site within 2 business days once Regina P Designs has received full payment from the advertiser. 

8) Changes to the Terms of Use: Regina P Designs may, in its sole discretion, change, add or remove any portion of the Terms of Use at any time by posting new Terms of Use on this agreement.
